What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications and services from concept to production.
• Architectural Evolution: Contribute to and evolve the architecture of new and existing systems, focusing on key non-functional requirements.
• Technical Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentorship and Growth: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, sharing knowledge and promoting professional growth within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, at a senior career level.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience, demonstrated by a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
• Skills: Deep proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design; extensive experience with a major back-end language and framework (Node.js/Express/NestJS, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, C#/.NET Core); strong understanding and practical experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB); hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), including serverless architectures and containerization; solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and API design.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS), knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Mocha, JUnit), and prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
