What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Delivery: Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and services across the technology stack, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• User Interface Development: Build highly responsive and engaging user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• API and Backend Systems: Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure APIs and microservices.
• Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define system architecture, technical specifications, and development roadmaps.
• Team Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering continuous learning.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in full stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years in full stack software development, with expert proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and strong experience with backend languages and frameworks. Experience includes relational/NoSQL databases, API design (RESTful/GraphQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Skills: Expert-level JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks, strong back-end programming (e.g., Node.js, Python), relational/NoSQL database management, API design (RESTful/GraphQL), cloud platform operations (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, deep understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks, web application performance optimization, and familiarity with web security best practices.
