What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Design, develop, test, and deploy complex features for both frontend user interfaces and backend API services.
• Collaborate: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans by working with product owners and stakeholders.
• Write: Create clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices and architectural standards.
• Review: Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, performance, and security.
• Resolve: Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions and implementing preventative measures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, with a strong focus on full stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full stack software development, with a strong emphasis on web technologies, extensive experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, asynchronous programming, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skills: Expertise in frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML5, and CSS3; strong proficiency in backend development with languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or C#; solid understanding of both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) database technologies; proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git; demonstrated ability to write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; excellent problem-solving skills; and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies, familiarity with serverless architectures and event-driven systems, knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications and backend services, experience in an agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban), and a portfolio of personal projects or open-source contributions.
