What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct personalized one-on-one appointments to showcase and sell high-quality Cutco products to customers.
• Prioritize excellent customer service, ensuring positive and engaging interactions during all sales appointments.
• Participate actively in a comprehensive initial training program, designed to equip new representatives with necessary sales skills.
• Engage in ongoing support and continuous training opportunities to foster long-term success and skill development.
• Manage a flexible work schedule that can be tailored to individual lifestyles, accommodating other commitments or maximizing working hours.
