• Mission: This role ensures customer satisfaction and product delivery by fostering trusted relationships, acting as the primary client contact, and coordinating effectively with internal teams to meet customer objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Cultivate Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor for key accounts and stakeholders.
• Provide Support: Deliver exceptional client service and support through email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and in-person meetings, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage Deliveries: Oversee the timely and successful delivery of products according to customer needs and objectives, including scheduling, tracking, and communicating with transportation groups.
• Drive Collaboration: Serve as the central liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating communication and working with Sales to onboard and grow client accounts.
• Monitor Performance: Forecast and track key account metrics, and monitor customer product usage to ensure ongoing success and identify opportunities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level or early career professional, open to those with a combination of academic background and relevant experience.
• Experience: Prior account management experience is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated organizational capabilities, including strong decision-making, work prioritization, and sound judgment.
