Pay & Schedule

  • Pay: $12.00 / hour
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Shift A: Five 8-hour days, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Essential Duties And Tasks

  • Efficiently accept, sort, grade, and process donated goods.
  • Stock shelves and manage the sale of used merchandise.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience by consistently providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Adhere strictly to all Company policies and procedures.

Education And Experience

  • Education: No formal education required.
  • Experience: 1 year of customer service and/or production experience preferred.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stock merchandise from receiving areas to shelving units.
  • Capable of placing products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store.
