What You’ll Actually Do
• Application Development: Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy highly scalable and reliable full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a major frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Extensive experience with at least one backend language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, Go, Java Spring Boot). Solid experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Skills: Proven ability to design, develop, and consume RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), proficient with Git, excellent problem-solving, analytical, debugging, and strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures, hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright), previous experience in relevant industries (e.g., FinTech, SaaS, E-commerce, Healthcare), or experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small project teams.
