What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruct: Provide personalized, in-depth online instruction to elementary school students tailored to their specific learning goals.
• Guide: Lead students through core elementary math concepts, utilizing hands-on manipulatives, drawings, and visual models.
• Adapt: Customize teaching methods and curriculum awareness to support young learners at varying developmental readiness levels.
• Diagnose: Identify concepts students commonly struggle with and explain material using multiple approaches and strategies.
• Enhance: Leverage AI-powered tools like Tutor Copilot to generate lessons and provide real-time instructional support during sessions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Deep knowledge of elementary math concepts for grades one through five, including number sense, arithmetic operations, fractions, decimals, measurement, geometry, patterns, and data interpretation.
• Experience: Proven ability to apply conceptual teaching methods, breaking down complex math problems using visual aids and connecting math to everyday contexts.
• Skills:
