What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Software: Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions across front-end and back-end systems.
• Provide Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex engineering projects, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful features.
• Ensure Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews, promote coding standards, and ensure the reliability, performance, and security of applications.
• Mentor Engineers: Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and contributing to their professional growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, ready for a senior-level position.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), proven back-end development with languages (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or C#), and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Skills: Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs or GraphQL services, proficient with Git, and excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, familiarity with microservices architecture, experience with testing frameworks, understanding of security best practices, and previous experience in a fast-paced startup or agile development environment.
