What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Development: Design, develop, and implement complex web applications and services, encompassing both front-end and back-end components.
• Ensure Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices, design patterns, and appropriate technologies.
• Architect Solutions: Optimize database schemas and queries for relational and NoSQL databases, and develop robust, scalable APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate & Improve: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, scope, and deliver high-quality features while contributing to process improvements.
• Mentor & Support: Provide mentorship to junior engineers and troubleshoot production issues to ensure application stability and optimal performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with expertise in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with a proven track record of shipping high-quality software, including familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), expertise in at least one back-end language/framework (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, Go), solid understanding of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis), experience with RESTful APIs, and proficiency with Git.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, familiarity with GraphQL, experience with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS), or contributions to open-source projects.
