What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design, develop, test, and implement new technologies and applications for clients.
• Support: Provide end-user assistance and support technical architects on infrastructure needs.
• Troubleshoot: Investigate, debug, and troubleshoot software and application issues effectively.
• Build: Develop and build application modules using multiple programming languages.
• Document: Draft comprehensive technical documentation and user guides for solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with a solid understanding of configuration management and the systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience: Working knowledge of scripting and automation techniques. Must be able to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction.
• Skills: Possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit with high curiosity and a drive to learn.
• Bonus: Experience or familiarity with SQL, Java, and C++.
