What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Insight: Develop deep expertise in your client’s industry, organizational structure, customer base, and overarching business objectives to inform strategic solutions.
• Problem Solving: Work collaboratively with thought leaders to analyze and resolve complex, high-impact challenges faced by clients.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze user requirements, evaluate existing business processes, and understand organizational needs to identify areas for improvement and solution development.
• Data-Driven Recommendations: Deliver insights and recommendations based on data to guide business decisions, optimize resource allocation, and drive process improvements.
• Solution Assessment: Assess the usability and effectiveness of proposed products and solutions, ensuring they meet defined business objectives and provide tangible value to clients.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. While all majors are welcome, backgrounds in Accounting, Business, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, and Management Information Systems have historically been a strong fit for this early career role.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required beyond the educational qualification. Candidates must have the ability to work permanently in the U.S. without restriction.
