What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to define product specifications and translate them into technical requirements.
• Code: Write clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code while participating in code reviews to ensure high quality.
• Deploy: Configure and manage cloud infrastructure to deploy and scale applications, and troubleshoot performance issues across environments.
• Mentor: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural discussions to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in full stack web development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development with strong proficiency in a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React) and at least one server-side language (e.g., Node.js, Python).
• Skills: Demonstrable experience designing and consuming RESTful/GraphQL APIs, proficiency with relational and NoSQL database systems, experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including CI/CD pipelines, and a strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Bonus: Master’s degree, experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices architecture, event-driven design patterns, test-driven development (TDD), knowledge of web security best practices, contributions to open-source projects, or experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
