What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Software: Design, prototype, and develop software solutions using modern languages and frameworks such as .NET, Java, and open-source stacks.
• Apply Best Practices: Implement software design patterns and best practices to create scalable and maintainable code.
• Collaborate and Improve: Work with team members to continuously refine approaches and tools, participate in Agile rituals, and contribute to engineering discussions.
• Build Data Solutions: Create database-integrated solutions, ETL pipelines, and reporting tools utilizing contemporary database technologies.
• Support Quality & Documentation: Conduct peer code reviews, assist in crafting test plans, execute test cases, and produce technical documentation including requirement specifications, design documents, and user manuals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. This is an early career role.
• Experience: Foundational experience in software development.
• Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Java, C#, .NET, J2EE, C++; strong ability to learn new frameworks and technologies quickly; excellent analytical thinking, written, and verbal communication skills; comfort with ambiguity, adaptability, and team-oriented collaboration; ability to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction.
