What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative features.
• Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Mentor: Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on technical challenges, code quality, and career growth.
• Optimize: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize application speed, and ensure high availability and scalability of systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js; extensive experience with back-end development using languages like Python, Java, Node.js, Go, or Ruby on Rails; solid understanding of database systems (relational and NoSQL); proficiency with Git; excellent problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in a relevant technical field; experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines; knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies; familiarity with message brokers and event-driven architectures; prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment; contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
