What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative features.
• Architect: Actively participate in architectural discussions, making informed decisions on technology choices, system design, and implementation strategies.
• Optimize: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Mentor: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software, strong proficiency in at least one modern front-end JavaScript framework (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js), deep expertise in at least one back-end programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, C#) and relevant frameworks, and extensive experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Solid understanding and practical experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and concepts like serverless architectures and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skills: Front-end (React.js, Angular, Vue.js), Back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, C#), Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes), Git, RESTful API design.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, test-driven development (TDD), automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end), performance optimization techniques, caching strategies, security best practices, working in an Agile/Scrum environment, and contributions to open-source or personal projects.
