• Mission: Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of automotive parts and products to professional customers, manage financial transactions, and facilitate customer returns.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Vehicle Operation: Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver parts and products, completing daily inspections and ensuring the vehicle is secure.
• Transaction Management: Process deliveries, capture customer signatures, collect money on C.O.D. deliveries, and handle customer returns.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Security: Maintain vehicle cleanliness, report maintenance needs, and secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and collected monies.
• Customer & Store Communication: Communicate customer problems or special needs to store management, occasionally assisting with customer service, cashier duties, or merchandising.
• General Store Support: Perform additional duties as assigned, including stocking, merchandising, running errands, and checking in orders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level role requiring a legally required state driver’s license and a driving record that meets the company’s 14/18-point record system standards.
• Experience: Proven ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently for deliveries, along with experience in managing delivery logistics and basic financial transactions.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations, and the capacity to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Bonus: Familiarity with automotive parts, ability to operate other light store equipment, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
