What You’ll Actually Do
• Care: Provide compassionate one-on-one patient care to individuals of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels within a home care setting.
• Training: Engage in comprehensive paid training, including award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs, to develop comfort and confidence in new skills from day one.
• Documentation: Accurately record patient information and progress using the electronic charting system, Cubhub.
• Growth: Explore diverse nursing passions and expand clinical experience through varied client assignments, supported by around-the-clock clinical assistance.
• Mentorship: Collaborate closely with Clinical Managers who provide dedicated time and guidance, ensuring a smooth and confident transition into the field.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); this is an early-career role designed for new graduates.
• Experience: Graduation from a qualified nursing program is required.
• Skills: Possess a current and valid LPN nursing license in the U.S. and maintain CPR certification in good standing.
