About Our Internship Program
Our Summer 2026 internship cycle runs from June 1, 2026, to August 21, 2026. This is a paid, hybrid educational internship spanning 12 weeks, offering an unparalleled hands-on learning experience beyond the classroom. As an intern, you will:

Summary of Position: Accounts Intern
The Accounts intern will provide essential support in day-to-day coordination. This includes preparing materials, tracking timelines, and facilitating communication between internal teams and clients.
Job Responsibilities
This role directly supports and reports to NVE’s Account Manager, with oversight from NVE’s Senior Account Executive. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Internal and external project management for core accounts across industries such as food & beverage, media & entertainment, and lifestyle.
- Assist with meeting/conference preparation, organizing meeting materials, taking comprehensive notes, and circulating post-meeting recap emails (as needed).
- Deck management and development (across Google Presentation & Keynote formats), including copywriting for RFPs, creative decks, and recaps.
- Ideation for brainstorm and planning meetings.
- Collection and display of event metrics.
- Project research (e.g., venues, industry trends) and Client research (e.g., quarterly revenue tracking, competitor analysis, tracking upcoming and completed activations).
- On-site assistance for local events (when possible).
- Development of a unique and applicable final intern project to be presented to the Accounts Department on your final week.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Ideal majors: Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to write effectively, persuasively, and professionally.
- Innately process-oriented and highly organized.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Values collaboration while possessing the confidence to recommend and own new ideas.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Understands and is fascinated by culture, subcultures, and the forces that move them.
- Has an interest in marketing, advertising, PR, or consumer experiences.
- Agency experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a college/university.
- Own a working personal laptop/computer.
- Availability to work remotely at least 3 days (or 20 hours) a week, Monday-Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm PT.
Location
NVE is a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is located in Los Angeles or New York City.

Hourly Estimation
This is a non-exempt role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package, which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth, and developmental opportunities. The hourly estimation for this role is $17.00 – $22.00/hr. Many factors contribute to the presented salary range, including but not limited to location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
