What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Conduct market research and strategic analysis to provide insights on industry trends, client strategies, and competitive positioning in the insurance space.
• Communication: Support the development of executive presentations, strategic narratives, and thought leadership for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strategy Development: Help shape go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and ecosystem positioning for DXC’s insurance solutions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate on global strategic initiatives across business units, regions, and functions.
• Consulting Support: Assist in executive-level consulting deliverables and strategic decision-making during client engagements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduates or early-career professionals with a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating interest in the insurance industry (P&C, Life, Reinsurance, Distribution) and a curiosity to learn about its operations.
• Experience: Ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights from strategic analysis, coupled with a proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable work approach.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly, and high learning agility and intellectual curiosity.
• Bonus: MBA or relevant master’s degree, willingness to travel for client or internal engagements, and additional language skills beyond English.
