What You’ll Actually Do
• Quantity Analysis: Perform quantity take-offs for construction projects.
• Budgeting: Prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Resource Planning: Create labor schedules.
• Supply Chain: Order and receive necessary materials, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Project Adjustments: Process change orders efficiently.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Science, or enrolled in a Master’s program.
• Experience: Demonstrated excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Quantity take-off, cost estimation, labor scheduling, material management, change order processing.
