What You’ll Actually Do
• Outreach: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through personalized phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach across a targeted account list.
• Pipeline Contribution: Consistently schedule qualified meetings between prospective clients and sales leadership, contributing significantly to the sales pipeline.
• Value Communication: Effectively communicate InteLogix’s value proposition through tailored messaging designed to maximize engagement, replies, and meeting conversion rates.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads by accurately identifying client needs and aligning relevant marketing assets and materials.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, meeting, and lead records within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Candidates should have proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a closely related role.
• Experience: The role requires hands-on experience executing multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed activity goals, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is essential.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are paramount for engaging and influencing decision-makers effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also necessary, alongside experience using CRM, sales engagement, and prospecting tools.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), CX (Customer Experience), or contact center industry, and experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or event-driven outreach strategies.
