SECU 2026 Summer Internship Program

SECU is currently seeking qualified college students for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. This program offers significant learning opportunities through engagement in day-to-day projects within various SECU departments, while also providing broad exposure to the credit union and banking industry.

Program Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026

Work Schedule: Must be able to work 32+ hours per week during core hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising junior or senior, currently enrolled in an accredited college/university.
• Possess a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Pursuing a degree with a focus in business, finance, accounting, marketing, economics, information technology, or a related field.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite applications.
• Ability to work well both independently and on a team.
• Highly motivated and energetic.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Compensation

Depending on specific internship needs, the hourly rate will range between $17-$19.
