• Mission: Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to solve customer problems and create new market opportunities.
• Tech Stack: AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML, statistical analysis tools, data visualization platforms

What You’ll Actually Do
• Define Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for AI/ML features and standalone products, aligning with company objectives and market needs.
• Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the product roadmap for your domain, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
• Requirements & Specifications: Translate high-level strategic goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and data science teams.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with a dedicated AI/ML engineering team, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track product performance, analyze usage data, and iterate on products based on insights and customer feedback.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning product leadership.
• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products, taking them from conception to launch and iteration; experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications, exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements.
• Bonus: Master’s degree or PhD in a technical field or MBA, experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms, familiarity with ethical AI principles, or prior experience with enterprise SaaS products.
