What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, managing cloud resources using infrastructure-as-code.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems, participating in on-call rotation as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, with a significant focus on cloud platforms.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, specifically with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design.
• Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C++; extensive experience with cloud infrastructure services (compute, storage, networking, databases, serverless); containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); CI/CD pipelines; DevOps practices; problem-solving; communication.
• Bonus: Experience with data streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis), knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack), familiarity with cloud security best practices, or contributions to open-source projects.
