What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions for cloud platforms.
• Architect: Design scalable, reliable, and secure microservices and APIs, contributing to system design and technical roadmap.
• Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in primary languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
• Review: Perform thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver features.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with a focus on building scalable backend systems.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with demonstrable experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Skills: Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, distributed systems design principles, proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience with Git.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
