What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Implement: Design, develop, test, and implement new technologies and applications.
• Technical Support: Provide end-user assistance in a helpdesk environment and investigate, debug, and troubleshoot software and application issues.
• Architectural Support: Support technical architects with infrastructure requirements.
• Code & Configuration: Conduct project code reviews and assist with software installations and configurations.
• Application Development: Develop and build application modules using multiple programming languages.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Solid understanding of configuration management and the systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience: Working knowledge of scripting and automation techniques. No specific years of experience are required.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset paired with exceptional written and verbal communication, a collaborative spirit, high curiosity, and a drive to learn.
• Bonus: Familiarity with C++ is preferred.
