What You’ll Actually Do
• Clinical Assistance: Directly support doctors during diverse treatment procedures.
• Operatory Preparation: Efficiently set up and break down operatory rooms post-treatment.
• Infection Control: Manage and adhere to all infection control protocols, including preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Patient Record Support: Assist doctors with patient charting and perform various office tasks to ensure smooth practice operation.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other members of the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent; Early Career Dental Assistant.
• Experience: No prior experience required, as comprehensive training is provided.
• Skills:
• Ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
