• Mission: Prepare to work as a Back-End Developer on complex client projects and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
• Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps principles, testing, security, Generative AI.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Participate in an intensive Java Academy program designed to develop core back-end development skills.
• Skill Acquisition: Acquire proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs for enterprise solutions.
• Infrastructure Learning: Gain knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and DevOps principles.
• Emerging Tech Application: Learn to utilize Generative AI tools to accelerate development and improve software quality.
• Project Contribution: Apply acquired skills to contribute to on-premise and Cloud development services within the People Unit Java & Opensource.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, holding a Technical diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics).
• Experience: Basic knowledge of programming, preferably with Java.
• Skills: Demonstrated passion for technology, curiosity towards Artificial Intelligence, a collaborative teamwork attitude, and effective problem-solving skills.
