Job Summary

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and exceptionally motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our cutting-edge engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications and services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
• Lead the architectural design and implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and alignment with overall system architecture and best practices.
• Perform thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards, maintainability, and overall code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects and performance issues in both development and production environments.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical growth.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative practices, evaluating and recommending new tools and processes to enhance our development lifecycle and product offerings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on building scalable backend systems, complex frontend applications, or full-stack solutions.
• Proficiency in one or more core programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, and software design patterns.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated experience with various database technologies, including both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) databases.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, gRPC, and principles of distributed systems design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for crafting high-quality, performant software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse, agile team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specific frameworks or libraries relevant to the chosen language (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, Flask, React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with message queues or event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript frameworks) is a significant plus for full-stack roles.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership, team lead, or formal mentoring role.
