What You’ll Actually Do
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications and services.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead the architectural design and implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring scalability and alignment with best practices.
• Perform thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and overall code quality.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and fostering continuous technical growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field. This is a senior-level role.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive professional experience in software development, with an emphasis on building scalable backend systems, complex frontend applications, or full-stack solutions. Extensive experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Skills: Proficiency in one or more core programming languages (Python, Java, Go, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript Node.js); solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, and software design patterns; strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, gRPC, and distributed systems design; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with specific frameworks or libraries (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, React); familiarity with message queues or event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka); proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins); knowledge of front-end development technologies; previous experience in a technical leadership or formal mentoring role.
