- Ability to guide students through identifying premises and conclusions, recognizing common logical fallacies, evaluating causal claims, and translating complex conditional chains.
- Emphasis on developing consistent analytical frameworks and efficient timing strategies to complete twenty-five questions in thirty-five minutes.
- Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction:
- Familiarity with LSAT Logical Reasoning content and common challenges (e.g., distinguishing necessary from sufficient conditions, recognizing subtle argument flaws, maintaining accuracy under time pressure).
- Ability to adapt instruction using official LSAC practice tests, argument mapping techniques, and question-type specific drills.
- Minimum LSAT score of 170 required to support students targeting top law school admissions.
- Effective Teaching Methods:
- Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with and explain material using multiple approaches.
- Strong adaptability to meet individual learning needs and styles.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
