What You’ll Actually Do
• Guide students in developing effective study habits, time management, and goal setting strategies.
• Help students implement organizational systems for both physical and digital academic materials.
• Teach evidence-based study techniques such as spaced repetition, active recall, and various note-taking methods.
• Support students from middle school through college in building sustainable academic routines and self-regulated learning practices.
• Utilize the AI-Powered Tutor Copilot to enhance instructional support, automate lesson generation, and reduce prep time.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Advanced subject mastery in effective study techniques, including learning science principles and metacognitive awareness.
• Experience: A proven track record of preparing students for improved academic performance across various subjects, coupled with familiarity with diverse study skills and academic coaching approaches.
• Skills:
