What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide personalized, in-depth online instruction to individual graduate-level students in advanced statistics.
• Clearly explain complex topics in mathematical statistics, including maximum likelihood estimation, Bayesian inference, and generalized linear models.
• Guide students through advanced problem-solving, such as designing experiments, performing multivariate analysis, and implementing statistical models.
• Prepare students for research methodology and doctoral-level statistical analysis, connecting theoretical foundations to applications in various quantitative disciplines.
• Adapt instruction using statistical computing tools like R or Python, research paper examples, and proof-based exercises to meet diverse student needs effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Profound graduate-level mastery of advanced statistical concepts and methodologies, including mathematical statistics, hypothesis testing theory, and multivariate methods.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to break down complex derivations and calculations, guide students through designing experiments, and interpret complex model outputs in a teaching context.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills, an engaging teaching style, and proficiency in adapting instruction using statistical computing tools like R or Python.
