This role is crucial for providing expert guidance in Replit, making a real impact on students’ academic success and understanding across the nation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruct: Deliver personalized, scheduled 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions to individual students.
• Respond: Accept on-demand instant tutoring requests for immediate student assistance.
• Guide: Lead students through creating projects in multiple programming languages, utilizing Replit AI for code generation and debugging, and collaborating in real-time.
• Prepare: Assist students in deploying web applications and integrating databases using the Replit environment.
• Adapt: Modify instruction using guided coding projects, collaborative exercises, and deployment tutorials to suit diverse student levels and learning styles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Advanced subject mastery of the Replit cloud development environment, including online IDE features, multi-language support, collaborative coding, Replit AI assistant, deployment, database integration, and version control.
• Experience: Skilled at teaching cloud-based development, collaborative coding, and rapid application deployment using Replit, and proficient in preparing students for web application deployment.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in explaining browser-based development workflows, AI-assisted code generation, and rapid prototyping capabilities.
• Aptitude for guiding students through project creation and leveraging Replit AI for debugging and real-time collaboration.
• Familiarity with Replit platform capabilities and common challenges, such as cloud vs. local development or managing project dependencies.
• Strong ability to identify concepts students struggle with, adapt instruction to individual learning needs, and communicate effectively with an engaging teaching style.
