What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruct: Provide personalized, one-on-one online tutoring to graduate-level students across a wide range of advanced statistics topics.
• Explain: Break down complex mathematical statistics concepts, derivations, and theories, including asymptotic theory and Bayesian inference.
• Guide: Lead students through designing experiments, performing multivariate analysis, constructing confidence regions, and implementing statistical models.
• Adapt: Modify teaching methods and curriculum based on individual student learning styles and specific challenges, supporting masters and doctoral students.
• Invoice: Submit invoices promptly for all completed tutoring sessions, ensuring fast and reliable compensation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Deep knowledge and advanced subject mastery in mathematical statistics, covering topics such as maximum likelihood estimation, hypothesis testing theory, regression analysis, and experimental design.
• Experience: Proven ability to teach conceptual understanding, solve advanced statistical problems, and apply curriculum awareness to support graduate students in quantitative disciplines.
• Skills: Proficiency in explaining complex theoretical foundations, performing statistical computing using R or Python, and employing strong communication with an engaging teaching style.
