Job Description

Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Develops and supports Membership: Provides information on Membership benefits, promotes the value of Company products and services, processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participates in sales and marketing events, and makes efforts to meet Membership goals.
  • Maintains safety of Facility: Follows all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, following proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management.
  • Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: Reviews orders, pulls items from shelves, scans items, wraps and palletizes items, ensures the accuracy of orders and invoices, secures items until Members arrive, and follows up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities: Uses policies, data, and resources, collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners, identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carries out tasks, communicates progress and information, determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.
  • Provides Member service: Acknowledges the Member, identifies their needs, assists with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, resolves issues and concerns, and promotes the Company’s products and services.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity: Implements related action plans, uses the Open Door Policy, and applies these in executing business processes and practices.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
