The TL;DR

• Mission: This role is responsible for driving membership growth, maintaining facility safety, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment and outstanding member service.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Membership Growth: Develop and support membership by processing new accounts, promoting benefits, and participating in sales events to meet membership goals.
• Ensure Facility Safety: Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials correctly, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Fulfill Member Orders: Accurately process and prepare Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, ensuring order accuracy and secure holding until pickup.
• Complete Work Assignments: Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks using available resources, collaborating with colleagues, and identifying improvements to adapt to changes.
• Provide Excellent Member Service: Acknowledge members, identify needs, assist with purchasing, resolve issues, and promote company products and services.
