What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Greet every customer and proactively approach them to understand their needs, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Store Presentation: Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards, including established floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment.
• Program Promotion: Actively promote company programs such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Operational Compliance: Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of company information.
• Team Collaboration: Adopt an “all-hands-on-deck” approach to support the team across all store functions and assigned tasks.

• Background: Early Career, focused on providing customer-focused service within a retail environment.
• Experience: No specific years required. Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience is preferred.
