What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Management: Manage financial aspects of projects, including reviewing gross billings, tracking change orders, and managing subcontractor requisitions.
• Field Management: Oversee site logistics, monitor quality and safety protocols, and resolve unforeseen challenges related to installation, scheduling, and coordination.
• Project Development: Support strategies for acquiring new work by performing quantity takeoffs, preparing bid proposals, and evaluating subcontractor proposals.
• Business Operations: Explore essential corporate functions that ensure the company runs smoothly, gaining a holistic view of the organization.
• Capstone Project: Develop and present innovative solutions for real-time business opportunities directly to company leadership, making a tangible impact.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or equivalent, or a graduate degree.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest and genuine enthusiasm for the construction industry.
• Skills:
• Practical experience in financial and document control processes.
• Ability to assist with site logistics, quality control, and safety adherence.
• Exposure to budgeting, estimating, and purchasing methodologies.
• Capacity for critical thinking and proactive problem-solving.
• Self-directed learning and continuous development of technical expertise and business acumen.
