• Mission: To equip individuals with the skills and understanding required to successfully transition into a retail management role through a structured 12-week hands-on training program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Skill Development: Actively participate in the 12-week program’s structured training and daily tasks to develop and strengthen organizational skills essential for effective retail management.
• Communication Enhancement: Engage in collaborative work with diverse store teams, including General Management and Department Managers, to enhance and refine communication abilities crucial for leadership roles.
• Time Management Mastery: Apply and master practical time management techniques within a dynamic retail environment, ensuring efficient operations and timely task completion.
• Practical Management: Gain invaluable hands-on management experience by directly supporting and learning from experienced managers and team members across various departments.
• Business Understanding: Work alongside store leadership and team members every step of the way to develop a comprehensive understanding of Menards’ business operations and retail practices.
