This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to significant projects within a leading healthcare organization, gain exposure to senior leadership, and develop expertise in the complex healthcare system.

About the Internship

As a CSO Operations intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and visibility of operations across various Customer Success Organization (CSO) teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building a Unified Reporting Framework: You will develop and implement a consistent reporting framework across all CSO teams (Patient Engagement, Overlay, Go-To-Market, Education, Aledade Learning Academy). This includes identifying key pain points and synthesizing insights gathered from cross-functional partners such as Growth, Implementation, Integrations, Field, and Product teams.
  • Designing a Lightweight CSO PMO Structure: You will contribute to the design of a Project Management Office (PMO) structure for the CSO. This involves drafting standard templates for project intake, planning, and status reporting, as well as documenting a simple and scalable operating model for future CSO initiatives.

In addition to these substantial projects, Aledade Interns benefit from a comprehensive experience that includes:

  • Attending dedicated intern cohort meetings featuring insights from company leaders, professional development programming, and networking opportunities with fellow interns.
  • Direct exposure to senior executives and industry leaders, providing valuable mentorship and career guidance.
  • Developing expertise in critical areas such as healthcare policy, programming languages, business operations, Medicare, commercial payer contracts, and clinical workflows.
  • Opportunities to attend relevant industry events and specialized training sessions in the healthcare field.
