What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Contribution: Contribute to real-world technology projects that impact millions of vacationers globally.
• Skill Development: Develop professional skills and gain a deep understanding of the cruise and travel industry.
• Collaborative Work: Work alongside experienced industry professionals across various technology domains within the department.
• Professional Growth: Participate in professional development sessions, executive spotlights, and community service opportunities.
• Industry Exploration: Gain unique insights into the company’s operations through behind-the-scenes ship tours and other experiences.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field of study, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Experience: Must have permanent and ongoing US Work Authorization.
• Skills: Foundational knowledge in Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Technology.
• Bonus: A minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred, and previous experience in related areas is preferred.
