What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Engagement: Drive needs-based sales conversations by transitioning service requests into opportunities and setting appointments for deeper discussions.
• Relationship Building: Enhance existing customer relationships and cultivate new ones by thoroughly understanding and addressing customers’ financial needs and priorities.
• Loan Product Delivery: Assist customers with appropriate loan products, ensuring all required packages are correct and complete to facilitate a smooth process.
• Technology Education: Educate customers on various options for managing transactions efficiently using available technology and digital banking platforms.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to all applicable banking regulations, internal policies, and procedural guidelines.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with core domain knowledge in banking, cash handling, or retail customer service.
• Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of previous experience in banking, cash handling, or a retail customer service environment.
• Skills: Strong analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills, complemented by excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication abilities.
