• Mission: Help shape communications for business audiences and strengthen PMI’s digital presence, with a signature project focused on LinkedIn B2B Thought Leadership & Insights.
• Tech Stack: LinkedIn, CMS tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, basic HTML

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Lead a signature project focused on LinkedIn B2B Thought Leadership & Insights, analyzing performance trends and developing content strategies.
• Digital Campaigns: Contribute to digital campaigns across web, email, intranet, and multimedia channels.
• Content Creation: Draft compelling copy for professional and customer-facing audiences, and support graphics, presentations, and short-form video production.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive storytelling, and audience behavior, then analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Website Management: Assist in maintaining and updating web content, support UX improvements through audits and analytics, and collaborate with digital and brand teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, Business, or related fields during 2025–2026.
• Experience: Familiarity with social and digital platforms, especially LinkedIn and CMS tools. Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Skills: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data; creative problem solver with strong organizational and collaborative skills; fluent in English.
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, or basic HTML.
