What You’ll Actually Do
• Homeowner Engagement: Initiate conversations with homeowners door-to-door to introduce and generate interest in our pest control services, utilizing provided, clear scripts.
• Service Explanation: Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our comprehensive pest control service, ensuring potential customers understand the value proposition.
• Customer Onboarding: Assist prospective customers seamlessly through the service sign-up process, making it easy and convenient for them to become clients.
• Team Collaboration: Work full-time, Monday through Saturday, as an integral part of a supportive, collaborative, and highly motivated team environment.
• Skill Application: Apply daily coaching and comprehensive training to refine sales techniques and communication strategies in a real-world setting.
