What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers to clearly explain and demonstrate the value of Vector Marketing’s American-made products.
• Product Presentation: Effectively present and sell the unique features and numerous benefits of the diverse Cutco product line, which encompasses everything from kitchen essentials to gardening tools.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately process and place customer orders, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory purchase experience for the customer.
• Skill Development: Participate in and complete comprehensive training programs designed to equip representatives with valuable communication, networking, and sales skills applicable across various professional fields.
• Schedule Autonomy: Manage a highly flexible work schedule that can be tailored to accommodate diverse personal commitments, such as academic coursework, existing full-time jobs, internships, or family obligations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level opportunity welcoming individuals from a wide array of backgrounds, including those with no traditional work experience. Successful representatives have joined from fields such as fast food, grocery, warehouse, landscaping, retail, customer service, and receptionist roles.
• Experience: No previous sales or specific work experience is necessary, as all required training is provided. Applicants must be 18 years or older, or 17 years old and a high school graduate (conditions apply).
• Skills: Enjoyment of working with people; a strong willingness to learn and diligently apply new skills taught through our comprehensive training program.
• Bonus: A positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people are highly valued attributes. The ability to schedule and complete an interview within the week is also a plus.
