• Team: Reports to the management team, supports and trains new team members.
• Mission: To provide one-of-a-kind service, build lasting customer relationships, share extensive product knowledge, and maintain an exciting store environment while confidently managing daily operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Experience: Own the customer experience by sincerely greeting, engaging, and thanking every customer.
• Sales & Clienteling: Consistently achieve individual sales and account goals, and develop strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
• Merchandise Presentation: Efficiently unpack and display new stock, ensuring merchandise is presented attractively, and maintain a visually appealing store.
• Store Operations: Confidently open and close the store for business, ensuring all operational procedures are followed and the environment is clean and organized.
• Team Support: Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing best practices and contributing to team development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A background in retail operations or customer service, with a focus on delivering excellent service and supporting store management functions.
• Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, customer relationship management, visual merchandising, and executing store opening and closing procedures.
• Skills: Exceptional customer service, strong sales acumen, extensive product knowledge, visual merchandising skills, and efficient operational execution.
