As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your primary focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing extensive product knowledge, and presenting a clean, organized, and exciting store environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the customer experience by sincerely greeting, engaging, and thanking every customer.
• Execute all duties of a Sales Associate and consistently achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Develop strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and grow your client base.
• Highlight extensive product knowledge and services to create the best possible customer experience.
• Efficiently unpack and display new stock, ensuring merchandise is presented attractively.
• Maintain a visually appealing, organized, and clean store environment at all times.
• Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing best practices.
• Confidently open and close the store for business, ensuring all operational procedures are followed.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, and weekend shifts to meet business needs.
