• Mission: Help customers implement NVIDIA’s AI platforms through expert system design and onsite support for large-scale deployments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide onsite technical support during large-scale deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot: Resolve complex hardware and deployment challenges encountered in real-world scenarios.
• Advise: Serve as a technical expert on GPU and networking products, aiding sales and internal teams to deliver AI datacenter solutions.
• Collaborate: Build strong technical relationships with customer engineers, management, and architects at key accounts.
• Analyze: Discover customer architectures and critical product requirements within the changing enterprise AI market.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Core domain knowledge in system design or technical customer support within high-tech electronics.
• Experience: 1+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry, specifically in a system design or technical customer support role.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other critical data center hardware components; expert analytical and problem-solving skills; strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Bonus: Experience with large-scale rollouts of datacenter equipment; comprehensive networking knowledge (TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, Switches); proficiency in C/C++ and Python; familiarity with Embedded Linux System, APIs, and similar embedded OS; experience working with OEMs in the industrial, military, and ruggedized computing space.
