What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide onsite technical support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Troubleshoot: Solve complex hardware and deployment issues that arise during customer installations and operations.
• Advise: Act as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products, directly supporting sales account managers to deliver outstanding AI datacenter solutions.
• Build Relationships: Actively establish and maintain the technical relationship with customer engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.
• Train: Provide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners on NVIDIA’s AI computing systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Experience: 1+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry in a system design role or technical customer support role.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other datacenter hardware; expert analytical and problem-solving skills; strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Bonus: Experience with large-scale rollouts of datacenter equipment; networking knowledge including TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, and Switches; programming skills in C/C++ and Python; experience with Embedded Linux Systems, APIs, or similar embedded OS.
