Client Services Representative | 4-C Personal Wealth Management

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at 4-C Personal Wealth Management, located in Creve Coeur, MO. 4-C Personal Wealth Management is a growing independent RIA firm. This pivotal role provides essential administrative support and meeting preparation, directly impacting the firm’s operational efficiency and client satisfaction. • Team: Reports directly to the firm owner.
• Mission: This person supports the owner and manages initial administrative and client service operations to ensure seamless firm functioning and client satisfaction.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams), eMoney, Schwab Advisor Services, Wealthbox CRM

What You’ll Actually Do
• Meeting Preparation: Prepare comprehensive materials for client meetings, including investment reviews, financial plans, retirement projections, and estate planning summaries.
• Client Operations: Process new account applications, manage all related paperwork, and accurately handle money movement requests.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and update client relationship management (CRM) systems and documentation while facilitating a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for the owner and all client meetings.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed performance reports and planning analyses, providing essential support for internal investment discussions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with a strong preference for a major in Finance or Business. This is an early career opportunity designed for significant growth within the wealth management field.
• Experience: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams, is essential for daily operations.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an analytical mindset coupled with a genuine interest in financial markets.
• Bonus: Experience with eMoney financial planning software, familiarity with Schwab Advisor Services, and proficiency with Wealthbox CRM are preferred. The Series 66 license is not required to start but must be obtained within 6 months of employment, and long-term commitment to CFP certification is strongly encouraged.
